We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all Busy Dog Box orders.
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Brisbane warehouse.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–8 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended — we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via Australia Post and trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery across Australia.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your Busy Dog Box every step of the way.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Busy Dog Box is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
